Conscious Pictures LLC will not share, rent or sell its mailing list to anyone. Information provided by visitors to our site will strictly remain with Conscious Pictures LLC.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor’s contact information (phone, address, email, etc.) for the purposes of completing on-line transactions. This information is vital in verifying payment information or to help us contact you in case there is a problem or delay in filling your order.

RETURNS POLICY

All returns are due within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts). You may return merchandise for any reason, for a full refund.

We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from our site. The Chronicles Store guarantees all products to be defect free. We will replace any defective or damaged product.

REFUNDS

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

PACKING AND SENDING YOUR RETURN

Please include the packing slip with the items you are returning, wrap the package securely, and ship the package to the address on the shipping label.


LOST YOUR PACKING SLIP?

If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number or the e-mail address and name of the person who purchased this order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the package to the address below.
