Please allow 14 days for delivery (depending on shipping carrier and service selected). Any import duty or taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
RETURNS POLICY
You may return merchandise for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from our site. The Chronicles Store guarantees all products to be defect free. We will replace any defective or damaged product.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Please include the packing slip with the items you are returning, wrap the package securely, and ship the package to the address on the shipping label.

If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number or the e-mail address and name of the person who purchased this order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the package to the address below.
